NIKE PLAYLIST

The first TikTok show for Nike Kids that ran for 11 seasons.

Kids don’t think sports is fun anymore. So Nike Kids asked R/GA to find a way to engage children in being more active. Our small creative team at R/GA SF along with R/GA Portland developed a new content platform called Nike PLAYlist – a TikTok show for kids, by kids. It was a real show that lasted over ten seasons and featured superstars like LeBron, Naomi Osaka and Kylian Mbappe.

Awards: Clio Sports Silver, Clio Sports Bronze, One Show Merit.

The content was broken down into several series – like #TheReplay, when pro players ask children to emulate their famous moves. The idea I got back when I worked as a sports journalist finally became a reality and amassed nearly 14 billion views 👀
